The Startup Club is happy to invite you to the Real Estate and PropTech Pitch Night, matching real estate startups to industry-specific advisors and investors while providing opportunities for the general participants to interact.

The event is organised in partnership with BAFO GROUP GLOBAL. Madite Moalusi and BAFO Group Global work on real estate & proptech investments & businesses in key cities around the world. Over the 8 years we have been exploring the intersection of real estate and proptech as a company through assisting a Cape Town based InsurTech company (involved in commercial and residential rental insurance) to raise capital from a JSE listed financial conglomerate, partnering with a UK-based family office to capital raise for their Guernsey real estate fund and working with various funds such as a NYSE's first & only publicly traded Quality Opportunity Zone Fund.

STARTUPS are invited to pitch at our event, where a panel of investors will be present. You will be given 5 minutes to present your idea (with the option of using a pre-recorded pitch and/or an explainer video). This will be followed by 5 minutes of questions and feedback from the Advisory Panel, and even interaction from the audience. Real-time feedback is provided to each startup that pitches.
