AppWork, a technology company focused on streamlining maintenance processes for multifamily property management teams, has raised $13 million in a Series A funding round.
The investment was led by Resolve Growth Partners. Following the deal, Jit Sinha, Co-Founder and Partner at Resolve, will join AppWork’s board of directors.
AppWork plans to allocate the capital toward expanding its operations and advancing its product development roadmap.
Based in Ramsey, New Jersey, the company offers a mobile-first software solution designed to simplify and automate the entire maintenance lifecycle. Its platform is used by property managers, owners, and maintenance teams to improve efficiency, enhance resident satisfaction, and increase net operating income (NOI).
Since its launch, AppWork has gained traction among a broad range of multifamily operators, including NMHC 50 firms and mid-sized property management companies. The company continues to see growing demand for purpose-built tools in maintenance operations heading into the next year.
