Bisly, a smart building automation solutions provider based in Tallinn, Estonia, has secured €6.2 million in Series A funding.
The funding round saw participation from Foxway founders Urvo Männama and Paul Padrik, along with Aconterra, SmartCap Green Fund, Pinorena Capital, and several angel investors.
The raised capital will be utilized to expand Bisly’s scalable smart system across Europe, with a focus on Germany and the United Kingdom. The company has already established offices and initiated key partnerships in these regions.
Ants Vill, recently appointed as CEO, leads Bisly in providing advanced smart construction solutions and custom hardware components. These components are integrated into a future-proof, open software platform, setting a new industry benchmark.
Bisly’s technology addresses the challenges of scalability, cost, and integration in smart buildings. Their software includes a Single Cloud Platform that manages various customer experience stages, combined with a patented digital twins system. This system, created using specific building floor plans and specifications, accelerates setup and continuously tracks consumption data. It optimizes efficiency and enhances energy conservation and financial savings over time. Bisly’s hardware products are compatible with multiple brands, preventing vendor lock-in for developers.
