Gurugram, India β Real estate developer BPTP Group has announced plans to generate Rs 6,500 crore in revenue from its latest luxury residential project, Amstoria Verti-Greens, located along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram.
The project spans 12.05 acres and will be developed in three phases with a total investment of approximately Rs 3,000 crore. The company has commenced the first phase after securing approvals from the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). The launch price is set at Rs 19,000 per square foot.
The first phase, covering 9.43 acres, will feature 885 residential units along with clubhouse and landscaped amenities spanning 1.55 lakh square feet. The development includes high-rise towers with two- and three-bedroom apartments, integrating 15 sky gardens across five towers.
According to BPTP Group President Amaan Chawla, the project incorporates sustainable design elements, with vertical gardens and advanced structural features. βThis development reflects our commitment to sustainable living while offering premium amenities,β Chawla stated.
Each tower will house four apartments per floor and feature seven high-speed elevators. The buildings will also be constructed with enhanced earthquake-resistant technology exceeding industry standards.
BPTP Group, based in Delhi-NCR, is focused on delivering high-end residential projects in prime locations. Amstoria Verti-Greens aligns with its strategy to expand in the luxury housing segment while integrating sustainable architectural features.
