Catalyst, a technical advisory and software consultancy firm, has recently announced securing a significant €3 million investment from Luas Partners, marking a milestone in its growth strategy.
The investment infusion will play a pivotal role in Catalyst’s plans to expand its operations into the Nordic region, reinforcing its presence across Europe, including Ireland, the UK, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Germany, and France.
Established in 2012 as i3PT, Catalyst specializes in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) consultancy alongside technical advisory and software services tailored for sectors such as real estate, property, and construction.
Apart from strengthening its European footprint, Catalyst plans to leverage the funding to pursue strategic acquisitions within targeted markets, enhancing its service offerings and market reach.
The company’s software division, Obi, which provides an integrated digital platform facilitating design, construction, and asset management for sustainable and safe projects, will also benefit from the investment.
