Fidelity International has raised €110 million (approximately $119 million) for its Fidelity Real Estate Logistics Impact Climate Solutions (LOGICs) fund, which focuses on energy transition within the real estate sector. This adds to the €200 million secured during the fund’s initial closing earlier in the year, bringing the total capital raised to more than €310 million.
LOGICs is Fidelity’s second real estate investment fund targeting climate impact, with a specific focus on logistics properties across major Western European markets. The fund acquires and refurbishes existing assets, implementing measures such as improved energy efficiency, optimized heating, cooling, and lighting systems, and the installation of photovoltaic (PV) panels to align with net-zero carbon objectives. LOGICs is classified under Article 9 of the EU’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
Since its initial closing, LOGICs has acquired 10 properties across Spain, Germany, France, and the Netherlands. Fidelity now reports that the fund’s total deployable capital stands at approximately €620 million ($671 million).
Adrian Benedict, Head of Real Estate Solutions at Fidelity International, highlighted investor confidence in the initiative:
“We appreciate the trust and commitment of our investors across Europe and Asia Pacific, which has enabled us to secure €620 million in deployable capital. This investment reflects the ongoing momentum toward sustainable real estate while delivering strong returns to our clients.”
Benedict also noted that additional closings are anticipated throughout the coming year, citing continued investor interest in the fund.
