Berlin-based property management firm Hallo Theo has secured €10 million in a seed funding round led by Insight Partners. The company plans to utilize the investment to enhance its growth and expand its services throughout Germany.
Founded in 2023 by Jona Schaeffer, Hallo Theo addresses inefficiencies in property management, such as excessive paperwork and outdated processes. The company’s platform automates commercial tasks and improves communication among owners, tenants, and administrators.
Hallo Theo’s approach includes acquiring traditional property management firms and integrating them into its digital platform. The AI-driven system aims to reduce administrative costs and expedite processes, thereby increasing overall efficiency.
Currently, with offices in Berlin, Hamburg, and Frankfurt, Hallo Theo manages over 9,000 apartments and is experiencing a monthly growth rate exceeding 30%. The company aims to expand its services across Germany by 2025.
