HammerTech, a construction safety software company based in Melbourne, Australia, and Menlo Park, California, has raised $70 million in growth funding.
The funding round was led by Riverwood Capital. HammerTech plans to use these funds to drive business expansion and product innovation.
Founded in 2013, HammerTech offers a safety intelligence software platform designed to enhance worker safety and address site efficiency challenges. The company, led by CEO Ben Leach and co-founder James Harris, is utilized by over 20,000 projects worldwide. Prominent construction contractors like Hutchinson, DPR Construction, Shawmut Design and Construction, and John Paul Construction rely on HammerTech’s platform to ensure their job sites are among the safest globally.
HammerTech now serves over 500 clients globally, including major contractors with multibillion-dollar turnovers.
