Henry AI, a New York-based artificial intelligence startup focused on optimizing commercial real estate workflows, has raised $4.3 million in a seed funding round.
The round was co-led by Susa Ventures and 1Sharpe Ventures, with additional backing from RXR, Arden Venture Arms, Singularity Capital, Unwritten Ventures, Coalition Operators, Pioneer Fund, Orange Collective, and Storyhouse Ventures.
Several industry professionals also participated, including Rami Essaid (Head of Product at Bill.com), Yahya Mokhtarzada (Founder of Truebill.com), Brian Chen (Founder of ROOM), and Joe Teplow (Chief Strategy Officer at Slack).
Susa Ventures, a San Francisco-based early-stage investment firm, focuses on fintech, healthcare, supply chain, and SaaS. Founded in 2013, the firm primarily invests in pre-seed and seed rounds.
1Sharpe Ventures, headquartered in Oakland, California, specializes in early-stage investments in technology-driven startups, particularly in real estate. The firm provides funding, talent access, and customer connections to support entrepreneurial growth.
Henry AI intends to utilize the investment to enhance its AI capabilities, improve model accuracy, and expand integrations with existing platforms.
