Pavlov Media, basedd in US, a prominent provider of managed Wi-Fi to the multi-family sector, has announced the successful acquisition of Inspire Wi-Fi, a wireless service provider specializing in leasing offices, clubhouses, and amenity areas.
Bryan J. Rader, President, MDU of Pavlov Media, emphasized the growing importance of clubhouses, common areas, and amenity spaces for apartment owners and developers. He stated, “Our clients require tailored solutions for these specific areas, addressing the unique needs of residents and properties.”
Inspire Wi-Fi, with its proven track record in providing wireless solutions for multi-family communities, aligns seamlessly with Pavlov Media’s product set and operating team, according to Rader.
Don Johnson, former CEO of Inspire Wi-Fi, expressed excitement about joining the Pavlov Media team, which serves over 500 communities with hotspots, wireless coverage, and community-wide services.
Pavlov Media leverages this acquisition to introduce Pavlov Spaces, a product set for common and amenity areas, offering hotspots, backup circuits, office phones, and other ancillary services designed for multi-family spaces.
Cory Douglas, CEO of Pavlov Media, highlighted the growing trend in multi-family living, where clients are expanding amenity and common areas, leading to increased demand for top-tier connectivity solutions.
The terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
