Intapp, a US-based software company focused on the professional and financial services industries, has entered into an agreement to acquire TermSheet, a real estate software provider affiliated with Platform Ventures. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The transaction is expected to close within the next few weeks, pending standard closing conditions.
Once completed, TermSheet’s technology will be integrated into Intapp’s DealCloud platform, which was acquired in a previous transaction. This integration aims to deliver a comprehensive solution tailored to the real assets investment sector, combining customer relationship management with tools designed for data-driven decision-making.
The unified platform is expected to help investors, advisors, and operators manage the entire real assets lifecycle more efficiently. Intapp stated that the solution will leverage applied artificial intelligence and analytics to streamline workflows and enhance strategic planning.
Clients currently using DealCloud or TermSheet will be offered access to the new features as part of a phased rollout. The initial release will prioritize advanced capabilities for existing users, followed by the launch of the fully integrated system.
Following the acquisition, TermSheet’s co-founders, Roger Smith and Sahil Rattan, will join Intapp along with their team.
