La Rosa Holdings Corp., a holding company managing six technology-integrated, cloud-based real estate segments, announced the acquisition of La Rosa Realty Beaches LLC, a franchisee based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. With this transaction, La Rosa Holdings now owns 100% of Realty Beaches.
As of November 30, 2024, Realty Beaches reported trailing twelve-month revenue of approximately $2.7 million and a positive net income. The franchise specializes in residential and commercial real estate brokerage services, complemented by coaching and support services offered to agents on a fee basis.
Joe La Rosa, CEO of La Rosa Holdings, emphasized that the acquisition aligns with the company’s strategic goals. By integrating Realty Beaches into its operations, La Rosa aims to drive revenue growth and improve margins through operating efficiencies and economies of scale.
Realty Beaches, which includes a team of over 90 agents, provides agents with a flexible business model. This includes options for revenue-sharing arrangements or a 100% commission structure with flat fees, enabling agents to align compensation with their individual goals. The company’s streamlined operating model reduces overhead, enhancing profitability for both agents and the company.
