US-based vacation rental platform, Lodgify, has unveiled its latest addition to its suite of management tools with the introduction of Lodgify dynamic pricing.
Designed to optimize bookings and revenue, Lodgify’s dynamic pricing tool automatically adjusts nightly rates based on real-time data-driven factors.
Utilizing an algorithm that analyzes over 40 listing attributes, including location, amenities, and guest capacity, alongside demand and seasonality, the tool aims to ensure competitive pricing for vacation rentals.
On average, hosts can expect a 20% boost in revenue through this feature, which seamlessly integrates into the Lodgify platform.
Dennis Klett, co-founder and CEO of Lodgify, emphasized the tool’s role in empowering users to thrive in a competitive market and capitalize on high-demand periods.
The development of dynamic pricing is backed by a decade of data and strategic partnerships, ensuring reliable and relevant recommendations for hosts.
Lodgify also announced key leadership appointments in November, with Marco De Gregorio appointed as the company’s first Chief AI Officer and Marco Cupidi as the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
