The funding comes from a diverse group of new and returning investors, including public pension plans and university endowments.

The Virginia Retirement System has committed $125 million to Fund VI. This fund focuses on opportunistic real estate investments in key global gateway cities, with a primary focus on London and New York City. Meadow Partners will invest in residential, industrial, and retail real estate, as well as preferred equity and distressed debt in these major markets.

To date, Fund VI has committed $95 million in equity across ten investments. Meadow Partners’ strategy leverages the firm’s expertise in sourcing and executing investments in high-potential markets.
