Nakheel, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded contracts worth over AED 5 billion for the construction of luxury villas on Palm Jebel Ali. The contracts cover the development of 723 villas across the first six fronds of the island and are set for completion by late 2026.
The contracts were granted to Ginco General Contracting, Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast, and United Engineering Construction Company (UNEC). The scope includes the construction of two villa collections—Beach Collection and Coral Collection—with exclusive beach frontage. The Beach Collection comprises 539 five- and six-bedroom villas, while the Coral Collection includes 184 seven-bedroom villas. Each villa will feature one of eight different architectural styles.
In addition to the residential development, the project involves building infrastructure such as roads, utilities, and landscaping to enhance community living. These upgrades are intended to improve the living experience for future residents, visitors, and families.
Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, commented on the project, saying that Palm Jebel Ali will contribute significantly to Dubai’s economic growth. The development aligns with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan, aiming to increase public beach access and promote investment and tourism in the region.
The project will span 13.4 kilometers, with 16 fronds and over 90 kilometers of beachfront. By 2026, Palm Jebel Ali is expected to become a key destination for luxury waterfront living in Dubai.
