The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) Maharashtra NextGen has announced the third edition of its event, Excelerate 3.0, set for November 14, 2024, at the Hotel Sahara Star in Mumbai. The event centers on the theme “Innovation in Construction” and aims to highlight advancements that can strengthen the construction and real estate sectors.
Excelerate 3.0 will also showcase PROPEL, a NAREDCO Maharashtra initiative to drive innovation and support emerging entrepreneurs in real estate. With India’s real estate market targeting a $1 trillion valuation by 2030, the event underscores the need for innovation to meet industry demands and support sustainable growth.
The event will offer a platform for industry leaders, innovators, and experts to share insights and practical strategies. Key panel discussions, titled “Build Fast,” “Build Quality,” and “Build Sustainable,” will address critical challenges and opportunities within the sector.
Prashant Sharma, President of NAREDCO Maharashtra, highlighted the organization’s commitment to fostering innovation and sustainability within the construction industry. “Excelerate 3.0 represents our dedication to innovation and creating a sustainable future for the industry. This platform allows emerging leaders to collaborate and develop solutions that can shape a resilient, technology-driven sector,” Sharma said.
