NBCC (India) Ltd. has been awarded contracts worth ₹8.51 billion for construction and maintenance projects from Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
DVC has assigned NBCC a ₹7.76 billion contract to develop buildings and infrastructure for townships in Durgapur, Koderma, and Raghunathpur, along with constructing the corporation’s administrative building in New Town, Kolkata.
Separately, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs has engaged NBCC for a two-year maintenance contract for the New Moti Bagh GPRA Complex. The contract, valued at ₹740.94 million, covers maintenance services for the fiscal years 2025-26 and 2026-27.
NBCC operates across project management consultancy, real estate, and engineering procurement and construction. The company reported a 25.41% increase in consolidated net profit, reaching ₹1.42 billion for Q3 FY25, up from ₹1.13 billion in the same period last year.
