NoBroker, a proptech unicorn, has launched ConvoZen.AI, a conversational AI platform designed to help businesses automate and manage customer interactions. The platform is available as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product and is currently used by around 20 clients across sectors such as banking, financial services, education, healthcare, automotive, real estate, travel, and e-commerce.
ConvoZen.AI provides voice and non-voice agents capable of handling conversations in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada. The platform incorporates human-like voice agents with low latency, enabling real-time transcription and data-driven insights for improved sales conversion and compliance monitoring.
Built on a combination of in-house AI models and foundational models from partners such as Google, ConvoZen.AI supports analysis in nine Indic languages. Additionally, its custom-built telephony stack has been tested on over 45,000 hours of contact center conversations.
Companies such as Cars24, Lendingkart, LeapScholar, Tata AIG, TBO Tek, and Cureskin have adopted ConvoZen.AI to enhance cost efficiency, sales processes, compliance, and quality control. The platform also includes tools for automated quality checks, agent training, and performance analytics, making it particularly useful for large customer-facing teams.
ConvoZen.AI is an advancement of NoBroker’s previous conversational AI solution, CallZen.AI, introduced over a year ago. The latest iteration features enhanced voice agents and real-time monitoring capabilities.
According to Akhil Gupta, co-founder and chief product and technology officer at NoBroker, the company has been leveraging AI and machine learning since 2017 to transcribe customer calls. Over time, NoBroker developed small language models to accommodate Indian accents and dialects, leading to the creation of ConvoZen.AI. Gupta emphasized that AI is now essential for customer engagement rather than an optional tool.
NoBroker has partnered with Google and Microsoft to distribute ConvoZen.AI as an independent software vendor. Additionally, the company plans to open-source select Indic language models for customer support applications. The startup sees AI integration in customer service as critical for businesses operating in India’s diverse market.
One of the platform’s key capabilities is its real-time decision-making feature, which allows automatic updates such as removing rental listings when marked unavailable by a customer or an agent.
