Pantheon AI, a San Francisco-based startup specializing in artificial intelligence-driven architecture services, has raised $25 million in a funding round led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Felicis Ventures and 8VC.
The newly raised capital will support Pantheon AI’s plans to expand its market presence across various U.S. regions, targeting growth in sectors beyond its current focus.
Founded in 2023, Pantheon AI is led by CEO David Mace, along with co-founders Tiger Sun and Georgios Kontominas. Initially concentrating on office buildings, the company is now broadening its scope to include multifamily, hospitality, and other types of commercial buildings. According to Mace, the company’s AI-based platform accelerates the architectural process, offering a faster turnaround compared to traditional architecture services. Over time, Pantheon AI aims to transition into a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider, enhancing its suite of offerings.
As of now, the company employs 11 full-time staff members.
