Podfather, a logistics software company based in Edinburgh, Scotland, has raised £3.4 million in funding to support its growth and international expansion.
The investment was backed by Maven Investor Partners and IFS Maven Equity Finance through the Investment Fund for Scotland.
Podfather develops a cloud-based platform designed to improve fleet and logistics operations. The software includes features such as route planning, vehicle checks, electronic proof of delivery, real-time tracking, customer notifications, and detailed reporting tools.
Led by Managing Director Colin McCreadie, the company supports clients across industries including logistics, construction, food and drink, and healthcare.
The newly raised capital will support the rollout of its updated enterprise solution and help scale operations beyond the UK, with plans to enter new international markets in the coming year.
