Polymesh Association and Ocree Capital Inc. have introduced a blockchain-powered real estate investment platform in Canada, featuring a $51.9 million commercial property as its first listed asset. The collaboration combines Polymesh’s blockchain infrastructure, designed for regulated assets, with Ocree’s exempt market dealer (EMD) licenses, covering all provinces and territories except Quebec. The initiative aims to broaden access to commercial real estate investments.
Ocree’s platform, built on the Polymesh blockchain, facilitates fractional ownership of high-value commercial properties. The system allows accredited investors to participate through a streamlined digital process, removing barriers traditionally associated with real estate investments. By integrating blockchain technology, the platform enhances security, compliance, and transaction efficiency.

The platform’s first offering is a commercial property in Winnipeg, Manitoba, valued at $51.9 million, with $4 million in equity available for fractional ownership. The property, located at 15 Berwick Court, is a professionally managed, 156-unit Class ‘A’ multi-residential development, designed to meet growing demand for sustainable, high-end housing.
