QX Global Group, a prominent provider of business process management (BPM) services, has secured a growth investment of over £100 million from Long Ridge Equity Partners. The company, known for its integrated platform combining BPM expertise with consulting and automation technologies, aims to enhance its platform capabilities and expand its global presence with this new funding.

QX Global Group specializes in business and digital transformation, BPM, and consulting services across various sectors, including accounting, recruitment, real estate, manufacturing, public sector, higher education, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, retail, and utilities and energy. Over the past year, the company experienced a 30% revenue growth, positioning itself as a leader in the BPM space.

The selection of Long Ridge Equity Partners followed an extensive process where QX considered multiple investment firms. QX’s leadership chose Long Ridge for its experience in the tech-enabled services industry and its track record with fast-growing businesses.

  • Abid Neemuchwala, a recognized leader in the BPM industry and advisor on Long Ridge’s Executive Council, will join as Chairman.
  • Frank Robinson, CEO since 2018, will become Board Executive Director and retain a significant investment.
  • Pom Chakravarti, with nearly 20 years at QX, will assume the role of Group CEO.

QX received corporate finance advice from Corbett Keeling, legal advice from Dechert, and financial, commercial, and tax advice from Ernst & Young. Long Ridge was advised by Travers Smith and Choate, with accounting and tax advice from KPMG, and debt financing from HSBC.
