UK-based global accommodation agency, Situ, has appointed Suzanne Luscombe as their new Property Partner Growth Director.
With over 22 years of extensive experience in various sectors of the real estate industry, including property sales, lettings, build-to-rent, property management, and the extended-stay rental market, Luscombe brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role.
Luscombe’s appointment follows Situ’s recent acquisition of Rentivo’s technology stack in November. In her new capacity, Luscombe will spearhead the expansion of Situ’s supply chain, focusing on providing compliant accommodations suitable for mid-term and extended stays.
In response to her appointment, Luscombe expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “I am thrilled to join such a well-respected team. It’s an honor to contribute to a successful and dynamic brand like Situ, known for its commitment to excellence.”
Rebecca Gonzaga, Situ’s Managing Director, welcomed Luscombe’s addition, highlighting its significance in advancing the agency’s commercial offerings for property partners. Gonzaga emphasized Situ’s dedication to setting new standards in the industry, prioritizing value for both clients and partners.
Alongside Luscombe’s appointment, Situ has also welcomed Jake Seage as Business Travel Account Director, demonstrating their commitment to strengthening their team following a senior leadership restructuring last summer, which saw Gonzaga promoted to MD and Phil Stapleton assuming the role of CEO.
