Four leading proptech companies from the UK have been recognized among the 500 fastest-growing tech firms internationally.
Sprift tops the UK group, securing the 139th spot on Deloitte’s ‘Fast 500’ list. Following Sprift, Unihomes ranks 292nd, Goodlord at 314th, and CrowdProperty at 482nd. This list includes companies from Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, but not the US. Deloitte compiles it from applications to its Fast 50 program, which has been identifying high-growth tech firms for 27 years.
To qualify, companies must demonstrate significant revenue growth over the past three years. For example, Metacore, the top company on the Fast 500 list, reported an astounding 89,319% revenue growth.
Sprift showed impressive growth with a 1,229% increase in revenue, while Goodlord reported a 608% increase.
