Tour24, a self-guided tour technology company based in Boston, Massachusetts, has received an investment from Mirasol Capital. The financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Tour24 plans to use the funding to support its growth initiatives and further enhance its self-guided tour platform for multifamily properties.
Founded by CEO Georgianna W. Oliver, Tour24 offers an app-based solution for apartment owners and operators, enabling prospective renters to take self-guided property tours. The app facilitates tours through a personalized, interactive, and audio-visual experience, allowing future tenants to schedule tours at their convenience, even beyond standard office hours, including weekends and holidays.
In a statement, Oliver noted: “This investment marks a significant point in Tour24’s growth within the multifamily housing sector. It helps us address a key challenge for leasing teams—scheduling and booking tours efficiently. Mirasol Capital’s industry expertise will be instrumental in expanding our reach and accelerating our progress.”
