Trust & Will, a San Diego-based digital estate planning platform, has raised more than $25 million in a Series C funding round.
The investment was led by Moderne Ventures, with participation from Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures, UBS Next, Erie Strategic Ventures, and other strategic investors.
The newly secured capital will be used to drive broader adoption of the platform, making estate planning more accessible.
Founded by Cody Barbo (CEO) and Daniel Goldstein (COO), Trust & Will provides financial advisors, attorneys, real estate professionals, nonprofits, and businesses with a digital solution for estate planning. The platform enables individuals to create legally valid wills and trusts that comply with state-specific requirements. It also collaborates with financial professionals and institutions to streamline legacy planning, ensuring accessibility and affordability.
With bank-level encryption and compliance with SOC 2 and HIPAA standards, the platform prioritizes security and privacy.
