Under Perry’s leadership, the Forum aims to continue its mission of serving as a vital educational and networking platform within the UKAA community. Emphasizing the significance of professional rental housing as a favored asset class among institutional investors, Perry acknowledges the collaborative efforts of industry organizations like UKAA and BPF in fostering a conducive policy environment.
The UKAA Investor and Lender Forum, recognized for its role in advancing the Build to Rent finance sector, will establish a committee comprising leading lenders and investors. Members include prominent entities such as Realstar, Lloyds Banking Group, CBRE, Bridges Fund Management, Get Living, Invesco, Patrizia, and M&G Real Estate.
