Unit Network, a London-based decentralized finance platform specializing in asset tokenization, has raised $18 million in funding.
The investment round was led by Blockchain Founders Fund and Outlier Ventures, with participation from Cristina Venture (White Star Capital), Diego GutiĂ©rrez ZaldĂvar (Rootstock), Joshua Seims (Metastable Capital), Richard Wang (Draper Dragon Fund), Thomas Hessler (Zanox), and Yuval Rooz (DigitalAsset.com). Other backers included poker professionals Alec Torelli and Huck Seed, along with musician Oliver Tree.
The newly secured capital will be used to enhance Unit Network’s blockchain infrastructure, integrate with additional blockchain ecosystems, and drive tokenization initiatives in industries such as real estate, gaming, and digital commerce.
Founded by CEO Michael Healy, Unit Network operates a Layer-1 blockchain platform designed to simplify tokenization for businesses, creators, and communities. With over 50,000 active users, the company facilitates asset-backed token creation and management.
