WeSale, a real estate trading platform based in Vietnam, has secured seed funding from Singapore-based Hitseries Capital. While the amount remains undisclosed, the investment aims to enhance the platform, expand market reach, and develop new products and services.
WeSale is a proptech platform that connects partners, individuals, and organizations with project owners and developers. Utilizing WeCRM technology, real estate transaction tools, and generative AI, WeSale strives to enhance the quality of consulting and promote transparent, efficient real estate transactions for its members, brokers, business partners, and project development units.
Mai Lam Toi, CEO of WeSale, stated, “WeSale has developed a superior technology platform to build a robust sales force supported by versatile sales tools and a team of experienced sales experts. This support ensures transactions are fast and transparent.”
Hitseries Capital offers growth-as-a-service (GaaS) to its portfolio companies, investing in AI/ML, vertical SaaS applications, connected IoT, healthcare, mobility, fintech, and marketplaces across the Asia-Pacific region. The firm has previously invested in Tanaakk and icuco.
According to the Vietnam Real Estate Association, the country’s real estate sector is projected to be worth over US$1.23 trillion by 2030. This substantial market growth will drive the development of technology-enriched platforms as the demand for buying, selling, and managing property becomes increasingly sophisticated.
