Yardi has been awarded the title of PropTech Company of the Year for its comprehensive software solutions in investment, asset, and property management. The company’s focus on supporting the real estate industry in the Middle East earned it this recognition at the 2024 Smart Built Environment Awards (SBEA).
The SBEA, held on October 5, 2024, at Grosvenor House in Dubai, is a prominent regional event that celebrates achievements in building and community management. Established in 2021, the awards cover four main sectors: facilities management, property management, community management, and proptech. The SBEA is distinguished by its holistic evaluation process, which aims to highlight key contributors to the management of the built environment.
A jury of 12 industry experts from across the four sectors determines the winners through a detailed evaluation process.
