Insurcomm, a provider of commercial and residential restoration services headquartered in Portsmouth, NH, has announced a majority growth investment from Summit Partners. The specific financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. Joining Insurcomm’s Board of Directors are Matt Hamilton, a Managing Director at Summit Partners, and Andy Lee, Vice President at Summit Partners.
The infusion of capital will support Insurcomm’s national expansion strategy, aimed at broadening its reach across the United States. Founded in 1996 by Neil Robbins and currently helmed by CEO Doug Indelicato, Insurcomm offers a comprehensive suite of property damage restoration services, encompassing fire and water damage cleanup, mold remediation, asbestos and biohazard removal, and reconstruction services.
With nearly 100 employees, Insurcomm delivers end-to-end solutions for insurance-related property losses. In addition to its day-to-day emergency services, the company operates a National Large Loss team, dedicated to handling complex large loss projects throughout the country.
